This journal is designed to be a companion for you before, during and after your walking exploits. To start with, you have your ten favourite walks. These can be filled in at the start, but it is probably better to fill them in when you have done many walks.
Next there are some checklists: one for things you need in your walking bag all the time, one for clothing and one for any extra items you may desire. It would be a good idea to check these prior to each walk.
Then there is the walk log. This can be filled in after every planned walk. There are 104 of these, that should cover you walking two treks a weekend. Following this, a daily walking log. This could be for a walk to the shops, dog walk or an evening stroll in the park.
Finally, there is a list of walking apps. Mobile phones are more prevalent in our lives than ever. What once would involve three or four items are now combined in one. Phone, camera, map, GPS system, weather forecaster, tracker; you name it, your phone does it. I would suggest using one app to track walks and number each one, which can then be linked in each walk log.
