This is the post that made me think about putting this book together. It adorned my classroom door, whiteboard and any other space I could place it. The message is simple but so, so powerful for me. Wise words indeed by the Dalai Lama. This then got me thinking, if I could write a letter to myself in my teens what would I put in it? What would I tell my former self to do and what to avoid?
